This Flynn family's roots in North America date back to Patrick Flynn (1806). True to the Flynn family motto, "Non Sine Periculo" (Not Without Danger), Patrick journeyed to the "wilds" of what would eventually become Saint Margarets, New Brunswick in May 1834.

Marc Flynn son of Michael and Danielle Flynn married Carlie Smith daughter of David and Ann Marie Smith in Toronto. Marc and Carlie plan to continue to live in downtown Toronto.
