Everyone is asked to pre-register by mail or over the internet before May 1, 2007.
- CHECK ALL EVENTS, ACTIVITIES OR SERVICES THAT YOU EXPECT TO ATTEND, PURCHASE OR USE. (Even those where no charges apply.)
- Friday - Registration and participants kit(s), Hospitality Center, family tree mural, and the Meet and Greet.
- Saturday - Parade, Hospitality Center, family roots research, and the buffet supper.
- Sunday - St. Margaret's tour, Irish roots meeting, time capsule, Irish mass, Flynn Family mega photo, Middle Island family day(snack voucher), bench dedication and the closing ceremonies.
- CHARGES FOR OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES WILL BE PAYABLE AT THE PARTICULAR VENUE OR EVENT (Notes: 1) Starred * items require reservations 2) [..] prices are indicative and will be confirmed at registration)
- Friday - Golf green fees* $28 and equipment rentals* [see form], cash bar at the Meet and Greet
- Saturday - St Michael's breakfast [$5-$6], Irish Festival day pass [$6], Kitchen Party/Pub* [$7-$8]
- Sunday - St Margaret's continental breakfast* [$5], Sunday collection at Irish mass.
- Flynn family T-shirts* - [$10-$12]
- Flynn family ball caps* - [$12-15]
- Family tree CD - [$3-$5]
- Individual family photos - negotiate directly with the photographer
- Print of the Flynn Family mega photo [$10-$12]
- Hotels and accommodation (see order form for information on reduced rates)
- Lunches (we are looking into reduced rates at local restaurants)
- Babysitting (if provided, will be at cost)
- YOU ARE ASKED TO BRING ALONG
- 2 passport sized (head shot) photos of each individual in your party for inclusion on the family tree
- A letter, note, poem, picture or memento for inclusion in the time capsule
- WE ALSO SUGGEST YOU BRING ALONG
- Old Flynn family photos we can copy into the Flynn Family photo archives or post on line
- Any family photos or other mementos you want to share with other reunionists
- Any musical instrument you play for the Kitchen Party/Pub
REGISTRATION
You will be able to register at the Flynn family NBCC Information and Hospitality Center after noon on Friday July 20, 2007 or that evening at the Community Center in Loggieville. Late registrations will be accommodated at the Information and Hospitality Center on Saturday.
Your pre-registration will ensure that your personal participant's kit chocked full of everything you need for IN LIKE FLYNN - MIRAMICHI 2007 will await you at either registration site.
